It seems there are bunch of different code assigned to the melody floating around: e.g., bar 5 could be Am instead. The version I knew was like that, but majority of the arrangement were using C, so she decided to go with C.
All notes except sixteenth notes are to be played with double vertical alternating roll (i.e., r-l-r-l etc.)
