Education Africa’s International Marimba and Steelpan Festival is scheduled for 27 and 28 July 2024 at St Dominic’s Catholic School for Girls in Boksburg, Gauteng. The programme begins at 07:45 on Saturday and ends at 18:30 on Sunday.
Competition
This tenth live and thirteenth international edition includes primary, high-school and open categories; small and large ensembles; online entries; chromatic and diatonic solos; Battle of the Bands; In the Mix; Strictly Classical; Proudly South African/African; composition; play-offs; and prize-giving.
