Marimbist Fumito Nunoya and pianist Atsushi Yamanaka perform together for the first time on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at Nagoya City Showa Cultural Small Theater. Doors open at 18:15, the concert begins at 18:45, and it is scheduled to end at 20:45.
The announced programme includes music from Bernstein’s West Side Story, Frolov’s Concert Fantasy on Themes from Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess, Kei Ogura’s Ai Sansan arranged by Yuki Murakami, and Kōsaku Yamada’s Akatombo arranged by Atsushi Yamanaka.
All seats are reserved. The official flyer lists general admission at ¥4,000, U25 admission at ¥3,000, and a ¥3,600 rate for Nagoya City Cultural Promotion Agency Friends members and eligible disability-certificate holders. Preschool-age children are not admitted. The venue is about a two-minute walk north from Exit 2 of Kawana Station on the Tsurumai subway line.
