IPCL presents Mallet Duo 2027 for keyboard-percussion duos. Marimbas, vibraphones, xylophones and glockenspiel will be available, with a chamber orchestra joining the finalists.
Dates and venues
The provisional schedule begins with arrival and registration on February 6; performance rounds start on February 7.
- February 7–9: preliminary round — Luxembourg City Conservatory
- February 11–12: semi-finals — the conservatory
- February 14 at 15:00: final — Philharmonie Luxembourg, chamber music hall
- February 14 at 19:00: awards ceremony
Eligibility and repertoire
Duos of any nationality must have a combined age of no more than 64 on February 6, 2027; neither member may have been born before February 6, 1990. Applications closed on October 1, 2026.
