Transfer to third partiesPublished editorial information becomes public. Necessary working information is limited to the operator and relevant providers. Marimba.org does not sell information. Apple or Google receives connection data only after an external player is loaded.
RetentionRoutine server logs: up to 45 days. Persistent browser choices: up to 180 days in the browser. Unused submissions or inquiries: ordinarily within one year after the last contact. Editorial and class records follow the criteria in the full notice.
Your participation and current choicesYou can decline external players, allow one session, remember or clear a choice, and request information, correction, contextualisation, restriction, or removal where applicable.
Inquiry and complaintA spam-resistant accessible electronic contact method is being prepared. Postal requests can be sent to the controller’s address above; complaints may also be made to the competent privacy or data-protection authority.
Accessing consent choicesExternal content settings in the Footer lets you review the current external-content setting and change or clear it. The saved timestamp is not currently displayed.
Basis for processingDepending on the activity: an intentional request or consent, steps requested before or performance of an agreement, legitimate interests in editorial publication or secure site delivery, and applicable legal obligations. See the full notice for each activity.
Additional risksPublic editorial information can remain visible or be copied by others. Loading an external player can allow its provider to recognise a browser or signed-in account.
