How about Yellow After the Rain for two players. You both play the same exact part and if you have any memory slips, the other guy is already coverin the part you forgot. Even if you don't have any memory problems, it'll just be louder than one person playing it. And louder is always better.
How about some orchestral stuff as well...one player plays the xylophone part, the other covers the entire orchestral part using up to 15 mallets...brilliant!
