I believe it has never been played in the U.S. The piece was written for my wife, but she fell sick so Ms. Kishida (cf. the players section.) premiered it. Koyama won many competitions and his Symphony was premiered by Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, which is quite prestigeous. He is my friend, by the way. Interesting man.
