I go to New England Conservatory but am not really enjoying my stay. I'd stay away from conservatories unless a) theres a teacher that you KNOW FOR SURE you want to study with or b) you want to be conservative :-)
It doesnt matter where or if you go to school...it matters whether or not you allow yourself to be educated the way you want. Please excuse this tangent I went on, but I'd like to stress the importance of choosing a school for reasons that are hopefully true to yourself, instead of choosing one cuz its got a name that looks nice on a resume.
