Hi David,
Do you think that this guy is really Richard Haynes? It's probably some kids who enjoys poking a little fun at the somewhat bland nature of questions about marimbas. i don't mind him... it is like watching a Beavis and Butthead or a Space Ghost cartoon.
As far as the real Richard Haynes, it seems like a whole bunch of you guys got ripped off by him. Steve Weiss, Phil Publications, Zivkovic, et al. The best thing to do would be to contact a credit rating agency like TRW or Equifax, and post some negative things which would affect his credit. Then, when Haynes grows up and decides to buy a house or a new car, his episodes will come back to haunt him. Surely Weiss must have a link to TRW....
