I had a student perform this piece last year for PASIC college individuals and it worked out very well. The entire piece is about 4:30 long and has several distint sections. I think the contrasts that are presented throughout the piece and the use of melody/accomp. help to provide some interesting colors to this piece. There are some very tricky syncopated sections, but can be worked out to insure proper phrasing.
I would recommend this piece to an upper-level college student as a strong addition to a senior recital.
