Well, I wrote "Many", not most :-)

In Japan, yes. Professional orchestra usually is tuned to 442. Piano is also tuned to 442 in that case. This seem to be German influence.

In Europe (excluding U.K.), a little bit higher pitch seems to be the norm. It usually is in the range of 442 to 443, but it may go higher. In the extreme case like Berlin Philharmonic, the organ is tuned to 450.

In America, U.K. and Austraria, it seems it is predominantly 440.
