Keep it simple & use music you have played before.

Bach-Partita & Sonata's for solo violin

If the wedding is in a church the organist will many times
have arrangements of Jesu, Joy...,Cannon in d, or
other familiar wedding selections for organ/piano
and a solo instrument (usually trumpet, flute, etc.).
But they usually work nicely on marimba, and they are easy!

Also, hymns are pretty easy to reduce down into 3 and 4
mallet parts--there are many that work well in weddings.
