I vaguely remember a discussion of this recording, I believe mentioned by Jim Atwood, but I was never able to find it, either. The popular Solti/Perahia recording is good for the pianos, but not the percussion. I like the Chamber Music of Lincoln Center recording with Kalish/Luvisi/Fitz/Gottlieb.
