We are searching information on our Leedy Marimba - purchased in about 1951. We are trying to find out the value of this instrument. My husband learned to play while in high school and performed locally. He is a percussionist and served in the United States Navy Band starting in 1954. His duty was to sing and play percussion at the White House in Washington D.C. He was in the Navy, but never was on a ship. Funny! Ha? We believe the Leedy Company was later the Leedy-Ludwig Company. Our marimba was made in Elkhart, Indiana. If you know of or how we can find the value of this great percussion instrument? Thank You! Pat and Bob Schutt
