*Are there any downloadable-mp3 sites that pay a portion of the profits to the artist?* Julia - Check out mp3.com. I've never searched it for classical marimba recordings, but it offers artists an opportunity to post their mp3s, gives listeners the opportunity to listen to them (or download them) free of charge, and the artist receives royalties for the transmission of their recordings.
