Velocities, particularly when you get into a section where the time doesn't change for a while. And I think that using a little flexibility with the time helps things be a little more continual. Two movements by Tanaka mov. 2, and the second of the two mexican dances, those are ones I can think of offhand. Illijas by Zivkovic flows pretty well as long as its not too fast.
