The best text-based presentation of the Burton grip that I've seen, is in Dave Samuels' book, "CONTEMPORARY VIBRAPHONE TECHNIQUE VOL. I". I'd also recommend picking up Stevens' "Method of Movement" book, regardless of the four-mallet grip you choose.
