I played that piece with the music also in front of me. here is what i did.
-I took some poster board and pasted half the piece to one side of the poster board. I fliped the music over where the funeral march starts, I am not sure what measure that is, but it is where you have the two grace notes played softly, follow by some SFZ//FF intergections. That work for me and there was the only one page turn. If you paste the music long ways, you only need to have one music stand and you can keep the music low.

Just an idea, but it is what did, and it seemed to work.
also, when i pasted up the music, i did it in such a way that music could be flipped instead of turned around. this way it was much less distracting.
