Hallo to everybody.
there are NO "sides" and also there are no TWO sides....
And no "explnation to Readers" is needed.
There is one paranoia guy, and several companise who do mailing business, that is it. not more not less...
Fact is, more that 10 percussion companies in USA and at least 2 in Europe have sent goods to "carribian Hero" Haynie, who thinks it is cool thing to order, get the things and mail false CHECKS from closed account.
If he would have ordered a CAR I would not let it be shipped before it is PAYED... but sheet music to a "fellow Marimbist" , - WE DO REGULARY MAIL BEFORE WE GET THE MONEY.
Some call it "stupid" , - we call it beautifull! We belive and trust people, and with that FEELING we definitely live much better than with nightmares of unpayed checks and permanent controlling..some people misuse it, but, - we are stil alive and well::))
And, according to the information which Steve Weiss has get from the LOCAL police (who already KNOWS Haynes!) I do not belive that he is in Carribian, although it might be better if he were. One is sure, - his Percussion Existence is over. Or would you like to give a teaching job to such person?
But, maybe unpayed music and stuff will help him to find a good interpretation of my works when performing them. On other side, I think (psicologically) than Haynes has some king of childhood frustration or paranoia, and has "brain orgasmus" when he feels that he was sucessful with his "deals" .. Maybe also a bit of machoshism, thna he seems to feel himself like a DICK, others a "bitches" ...
and he has "fucked up" all the "bitches"... poor guy...
For ed. musica europea, this case is PUBLICLY CLOSED, BUT, -when HAYNES is at the COURT, we will ANNOUNCE IT HERE.
