Has anyone ever played Jorge Sarmientos's Concerto for marimba and orchestra?? Has anyone ever heard it performed? Does anyone know where i can find a recording? I called up steve weiss and he said it was out of print (Vida Chenoweth as soloist-maybe the only recording available).

The only recordings I know of the Sarmientos Marimba Concerto are Vida Chenowith's and Angel Frette's, both difficult to obtain.
