I'm curious if anyone has or knows of a recording of the Mayuzumi concertino wtih orchestral accompaniment instead of the piano. I am also curious if anyone knows if the orchesteral parts are available for rent.

Hi - you can get ahold of Peters publishing in Manhattan on the web (get the # from the site and call, they are sometimes slow to respond to e mail). They have the orchestra parts for the Mayuzumi. Great piece. Goes over with a general subscription audience probably better than any other in the repertoire. Greg
