Anybody know where I can buy the sheet music for the transcription of Marcellino's "Remeleixo" as recorded by David Hall on his "Saudacao" CD?

The noble Gordon Stout has transcribed the sheet music to Remeleixo as well as two other choros from Marcellino. It is avialable commercially from outlets like Steve Weiss.
