[New Album] “La Rencontre”/Anne-Julie Caron

New CD “La Rencontre” by Canadian marimbist Anne-Julie Caron, winner of 2007 OPUS Prize “Discovery of the Year”, is now available.

“La Rencontre” features works by several contemporary composers: Julie Spencer, Oleksa Lozowchuk, Emmanuel Sejourne.

About Anne-Julie Caron

Anne-Julie Caron won the 2007 Opus prize as “Discovery of the Year” and 2nd prize at the 2006 International Marimba Competition. Here, she presents a program of 20th century works original works for marimba and transcriptions.
