does anyone know of a reference list that tells the instruments needed for whatever piece you might look up, so that we can see what gear we need for the gig before they've told us. IE: if you looked up Brahms Double Concerto it would say, "2 timpani needed: A and E".
I've been looking all up and down the archives on pas.org but can't find such a list.
