Does anyone have any information on composer Martin Westlake? Or even program notes for his piece Percussion Solo No. 2?

I know Nigel Westlake and Martin Wesley-Smith, but I can't place Martin Westlake. Then again, that title doesn't ring a bell, either.

Yes, I used to have percussion lessons with Martin. He was (and presumably still is) a percussionist with the London Philharmonia, and writes a variety of music for a range of percussion and percussion ensembles.
